AGGRESSIVE R1-INSPIRED FACE
With its glaring face, this bike is pure R-Series, featuring an aggressive front fairing and a race-type screen inspired by the iconic R1. Dual LED headlights and a central air duct work with the cross-layered fairing panels to maximize cooling airflow for the engine, making this the most outstanding super sport in the 300cc class.
LOW FUEL TANK AND HANDLEBAR POSITION
Thanks to the low fuel tank design and low handlebars, the R3’s ergonomics give a pure supersport riding experience. With a compression ratio of 11.2:1, double overhead cams (DOHC) and four-valve cylinder heads, the 321cc two-cylinder motor is designed for quick-revving performance and high-rpm efficiency. The R3’s potent engine delivers thrilling acceleration with an exciting ride and a broad spread of power.
Slim and lightweight sports chassis
The compact and lightweight chassis is manufactured with latest structural analysis technology that gives an optimum balance of strength and rigidity. The near 50/50 front/rear weight distribution and accessible seat height deliver a confident and balanced ride.
37 mm upside down front forks
Upside-down front fork with 37mm inner tubes provides good front-end feel during cornering, braking and other riding conditions. This design gives a sporty front-end feel and feedback without losing real-world comfort.
Powerful braking system with Dual Channel ABS
The 298 mm floating-mount front disc brake ensures excellent stopping power with plenty of feel at the lever, while a 220 mm floating disc handles the braking performance at the rear. Its anti-lock braking system, means precise braking and restricted wheel lockups even when bike is at a high speed. The R3 rider can ride confidently – even when traction is reduced in wet or slippery conditions.
Advanced Fully Digital LCD Meter Console
The R3 features multi-function LCD meter console that display’s information on gear position, fuel capacity, real time and average fuel economy. There’s also a water temperature gauge, clock, oil change indicator and trip meter – all presented in a clean, modern layout.
